IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM COS PRESIDENT

Dear Orthopaedic Colleagues,

After careful consideration of the ever changing COVID-19 pandemic and the serious health concerns surrounding this virus, the Connecticut Orthopaedic Society (COS) Board of Directors has decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for May 8, 2020. The COS Annual Meeting will now be held on Friday, September 25, 2020, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., at the Marriott in Farmington.

With travel and meeting restrictions instituted by many organizations impacting all of us including our speakers and vendors and the number of cases growing across the USA, the COS Board determined that the cautious and prudent response was to postpone the Annual Meeting.

It is our hope that you will be able to join us at the rescheduled Annual Meeting on September 25, 2020, and more details will be communicated to the membership when they are available.

On behalf of the COS Board, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause however the health and well-being of our members and the public were paramount in our decision. We do hope your schedule will allow you to join us in September. If you have any questions, please contact the COS Executive Director, Susan Schaffman at 860-690-1146 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
